These terms govern your use of moneyjourneyhub.com and the advisory services we provide. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
By accessing or using moneyjourneyhub.com, submitting an enquiry, subscribing to our newsletter, or engaging us for any service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the website and do not submit information through it. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to use our services.
Money Journey Hub acts as an independent advisor and, for lending and insurance products, as a broker or intermediary. We compare options, prepare applications, provide planning and documentation support, and liaise with Partners on your behalf. We are not a bank, a deposit-taking institution, an insurer or an underwriter. We do not lend our own money, we do not assume insurance risk, and we cannot guarantee that any application will be approved, that any particular rate will be available, or that any investment will achieve a given return. All loan, insurance and investment products are provided by third-party Partners under their own agreements, which govern those products.
You agree that all information you provide — through forms, in conversation, or in documents — is true, complete and current. Providing inaccurate income, employment, debt, identity or asset information may result in a declined application, cancellation of a policy, calling in of a loan, or legal consequences, and we are not liable for those outcomes. You must tell us promptly if your circumstances change during an application or engagement.
Content published on this website — including blog articles, guides, calculators, infographics, checklists and newsletters — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or insurance advice, and it does not take account of your individual circumstances. Calculators produce estimates based on the figures you enter and on assumptions that may not apply to you; they are not quotations and must not be relied on as such. Always obtain personalised advice from a qualified professional before acting on any general information.
Where you engage us for a Service, we will provide a written engagement summary setting out the scope, the fees or commissions payable, and who pays them. Some Services are remunerated by a Partner through commission; others are charged directly to you as a flat fee or an hourly rate. We will disclose any commission or referral arrangement before you commit. Fees become payable on the terms stated in your engagement summary, and are non-refundable once work has been performed unless we state otherwise in writing. The initial consultation is free and carries no obligation to proceed.

You may download or print single copies for personal, non-commercial use provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, create derivative works from, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. The Money Journey Hub name and logo may not be used in a way that implies endorsement without written consent.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate access to the Website or to our Services, without notice, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or where required by law.
The Website may contain links to Partner websites, lenders, carriers, government resources and other third-party content. We provide these links for convenience and do not control, endorse or accept responsibility for their content, privacy practices, rates, terms or availability. Any agreement you enter into with a third party is between you and that third party, and you should read their terms before proceeding.
Subscribing to our newsletter requires a valid email address and your consent. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or our unsubscribe page; suppression is applied immediately. We may change the frequency, format or content of the newsletter, or discontinue it, at our discretion. We do not sell subscriber data or share it with advertisers.
The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that any result — including loan approval, an interest rate, an insurance quotation, a tax outcome or an investment return — will be achieved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Money Journey Hub, its owners, employees, advisors and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, goodwill or anticipated benefits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss. Our total aggregate liability in respect of any claim connected with the Website or a free service shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100), or, in respect of a paid engagement, the fees actually paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Money Journey Hub, its officers, employees, advisors and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Website, your provision of inaccurate or fraudulent information, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
Our collection and use of personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using the Website you consent to the practices described there, including the transmission of your application information to Partners you instruct us to approach.
You may stop using the Website and end a non-contractual engagement at any time by notifying us. Engagements that involve an active loan, policy or tax filing are governed by the relevant agreements with the Partner and by applicable law, and cannot simply be terminated by ceasing to use the Website. We may suspend or end access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, where a Partner withdraws a product, or where required by law or regulation. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnity, limitation of liability and governing law — survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and, where applicable, the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Website or these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue. Before commencing proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by direct discussion for at least thirty days after written notice of the dispute.
We may revise these terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, Partners, technology or the law. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page, and the "last updated" date at the top will be changed accordingly. Your continued use of the Website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes affecting an active paid engagement we will give reasonable notice.

Loan approval, rates, terms and insurance coverage depend on the criteria of the relevant Partner and on your individual circumstances. Investments can fall as well as rise in value and past performance is not a guide to future results. Borrowing beyond your means can damage your credit rating and may put your home at risk if a loan is secured against it.
